Hennessey Viper beats Bugatti Veyron 0-200mph
Viper Hennessey Venom 1000 Twin Turbo beat the Bugatti Veyron 16.4 in a 0-200mph race. ROAD and TRACK brought together the world’s speed kings including the Lamborghini Murciélago, Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren, Porsche Ruf RT 12, Lingenfelter Corvette, Bugatti Veyron 16.4 and the Hennessey Venom 1000 Twin Turbo Viper.
But it was Venom vs Veyron that stole the show:
Hennessy managed 0-200mph in 20.3 seconds and Veyron in 24.2 seconds. While Bugatti’s awd accellerates it faster then Viper to a 1/4 mile, Hennessy leaves Veyron behind after that.

Hennessey Viper indirectly proves how stable the Veyron is from 0-200 mph compared to the rest. The Viper has made a serious compromise when attempting to go faster than the Veyron: the struggle to keep it on track (noticeable with the vibration of the body), its handling is still an issues as if the car is looking to kill the poor driver doing that test and the noticeable wheelspin. Meanwhile, the Veyron test driver did 0-200 mph with ease and even let his hand off the wheel showing how well designed the Veyron is. Despite being beating by the Venom, the Veyron can still go with honor as the 24 second is more impressive than a 20 second from the Venom mainly because its stability.

I agree with zero…. the bugatti has more confidence with ease to go faster than 200mph without killing the poor test driver. the viper shouldn’t even be racing with the bugatti. it’s in the wrong class. Viper should be racing cheap japanese imports that just blow up! The bugatti is a work of art! State-of-the-art aero dynamics and fine italian mechanical engineering with style. There’s no doubt that bugatti can easily upgrade to a even more powerful engine on the same body and still stick to the road without even a nudge in the steering wheel! Bugatti is still the most incredible piece of machinery on the road so far, period!

Buy the Hennessy Viper and You can upgrade for US$ 1.400.000.- to be equal with the Bugatti.
I am not impressed by this US$ 1.700.000.- factory car. VW could give more value for the money.

ok the veyron is 4 wheel drive, that gives it an advantage, its heavier, not sure if traction control is involved or available on either of the cars, should be optional on a car so powerful like the viper, dont know why dodge or chrystler never worked on the viper’s launch. but i bet ya that the viper can surely beat the veyron round the track cause its handling’s better.the stock viper srt 10(acr) is 8.3cc’s v 10 vvti, bugatti’s 8.0 4 turbos 16 cylinder,so it was kinda obvious that with twinturbo’s the viper would surely kill the veyron.i mean what if the viper had racing slick tires cause it should then they would be even. Also there are so many japaneese cars that are modifyied with less horsepower and money, to be faster than the veyron,eg:supra, skyline,rx 7.what about the askari a10,gumpert ect anyway gotta go got so much to say just try me.

Who gets to 254mph first? Does the Viper become airbourne before it can reach this speed? That ride looked SCARY. The Bugatti has a nav. system? Come on haters, the Bugatti is ten times that car. WAnna go 280? Air conditioning? JUST ADD BOOST. one

veyron way overpriced, i,m tired of them boasting about outrunning 500 hp lambos any car with 800 hp or more will blow the doors off that piece of crap. example fxx, saleen s7 tt, hennesy viper, lingenfelter corvette, ultimate aero, vector lisyt goes on. you have to be pretty stupid to think that 250 mph is worth a million dollars. for 100,000 u.s i could build you a mustang that does 250 in the quater mile

Dev acted as the hook singer on FEM’s Like a G6 and she now already gets to have her own singles! Her first song from her first album (which has yet to get a name) is also featuring the producers The Cataracs, who also appeared on Like a G6! This song, called Bass Down Low, sounds similar to her other works, including Fireball and Booty Bounce. I wish Dev good luck in her singing career.

Can’t seem to install Antenna on my Windows XL system. Air installs OK, but get error message after trying to install Antenna. Others on website seem to have same problem. Is there a solution? If I just [Save] the file (instead of [Open]) I seem to get a proper file “Antenna_v1.4.zip” OK, but I don’t know how to install after that.
